It anticipates both a capacity load and an energy load. The seller must sell all the net electrical power of the system to the buyer. The Energy Regulatory Commission also provides a link to a PPA template for large renewable energy producers over 10 MW and an PPA for small renewable energy projects under 10 MW on its renewable energy portal. For example, GE`s Asset Performance Management (APM) is a Predix-based software application that extracts data from all component systems in a power plant to monitor, analyze, improve, and predict equipment condition. APM`s anomaly detection feature helps predict failures before they occur, optimizing just-in-time maintenance and reducing plant downtime. In addition, GE`s operational optimization enables real-time operational decision based on analysis of plant capacity and customer demand, as well as the production capacity and costs of all fuel sources available to the customer. A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) secures cash flow for a clean construction transfer (BOT) or a concession project for an independent power plant (IPP).
